These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for our patients that benefit from our time limited special offers. Time limited offers are special offers available for a certain period of time and have special price&package details.
- Patients who benefit from these deals can;
- Have their treatment any time within one year of their booking
- Change and alter their operation date if the clinic is notified one month prior
Patients who benefit from these deals can not;
- Benefit from the same deal again after having the procedure
- Benefit from the same deal if the first appointment is missed
- Request a refund with reasons other than the patient's medical condition.
The details of the package is as follows;
- Accommodation ; is the hotel accommodation we will be providing for you. The hotel will be bed&breakfast and the amount of days you will be staying will be arranged by your medical consultant.
- Inner city transfers ; are all the transfers you will need between the airport
- Hotel - clinic/hospital. Medlife Group is in charge of all these transfers. If you'd like to go somewhere in your leisure, this will not be provided by the Medlife Group.
- Medications ; are all the necessary medicines you will need while you are here. These will be provided by the Medlife Group.
- Medical garments ; are items that might be necessary depending on the procedure the patient will have. 1(one) item of medical garment will be included in the package.
- Consultation&Checkups ; are all the pre and post operation tests and controls. These are included in the package and will be provided by Medlife Group.
- Personal host ; is the person that will accompony you during your trip. This person will be with you when you need to be with our doctors for the operation and checkups. The personal host does not stay with the patient in the hotel or hospital but will be reachable 24/7 while the patient is in Turkey.
If you benefited from a package which includes flight tickets;
- You will be booking your flights yourself and you will be refunded in full for your flight tickets up to £250. The amount will be reduced from your remaining balance.
- Please contact our operation team before booking your flights, as they will need to check our schedule.
Please also note that the package price for our limited offers are cash only. Patients who'd like to pay with a credit/debit card should be aware that there is a %12 difference in the overall price for card payments.
